We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so we offer free & easy returns! (Within the U.S.)
Refunds will be made in the same way as was used for payment. Items need to be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. Any item returned / exchanged must be in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) with the original price tags intact.
Returns must include the customer order number and billing name. If you no longer have a copy of your invoice you may use a printed copy of your order email confirmation. If you don’t have your order email confirmation you may request it from Customer Service by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item was damaged or a wrong item was shipped, please email Customer Service at email@example.com. We will provide you with Return Instructions asap. You will not be charged for shipping of the replacement items within the United States.
- We accept returns of product shipped within the United States only. When returning your purchase within the US, return shipping to our online store is free if you use the prepaid return label that is attached to your packing slip, or if you request it via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
- Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns of sale merchandise must be made within 15 days of purchase.
- Final sale merchandise—including merchandise discounted by 50% or more —cannot be returned.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached. ALL original packaging must be intact.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment.
